Windsor/Detroit Border Shooting? Not in Bowling for Columbine...

In Michael Moore's film Bowling for Columbine, he uses the town of Windsor to paint an example of the peace disparity between the United States and Canada.  He paints this example with Windsor and Detroit explicitly, by visiting the two cities.  I am not referencing this fact because I think it is a good film.  I am referencing it because in this case, these towns are used in what is the latest police/civilian shooting incident.
