In this drill, the largest to date, a nuclear detonation was simulated.  It took place in Oregon, the 33rd State, Phoenix, on the 33rd Parallel, and in Guam, on the 144th Meridian.

Notice that "TOPOFF 4" is a lot like "33 4".  The words "nuclear bomb" have a Gematria of 433 in Jewish form.

Oregon is the only state with a Gematria of '74', something also connected to the word 'Nuclear'.

The date of TOPOFF 4 were October 15-19, 2007.  October is the only moth with "33 Gematria".
