That is someone else who has the same first and last name as the Virginia reporters first and middle name. That reporter is a Canadian who is based in Vancouver. It is merely a coincidence. The name Bailey is fairly common as a last name not so common as a middle name.
Folks. This is a non issue. Some people use their first and middle name on their Facebook covers. Whomever changed the Facebook page from living to remembering decided to switch it.
The deceased reporter's full name is Alison Bailey Parker.
